Delivery Agents can view the status of supermarket or restaurant delivery available nearby. The agent switch status from “Offline” to “Online” to start accepting job requests.

Delivery Job Status Updates

Delivery agents can update the status of their delivery job by simply swiping at different stages of the delivery. Realtime updates can be viewed both on the customer and delivery dispatch app as well.

Live Delivery Job Alerts

Delivery Agents receive live alerts on available delivery jobs with details such as “Type of Delivery, Payment Method, etc” - they can choose to Accept/Reject.

Earning & Job History

Realtime Invoice Generation

The platform automatically generates an invoice once the order is delivered on the delivery agent app inclusive any order edits made. Delivery agents are required to receive the customer signature before the delivery consider to be completed. This is not for food delivery.
